Once upon a time, I used to be really really healthy and take awesome care of myself. Then Freshman year of college hit -- not just freshman year though; Architecture. Last semester when I began architecture I slowly but surely let my health down. So now, as my freshman year comes to an end, I'm going to start taking better care of myself by doing a few things: 
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day 
- Work out at least twice a week 
- Wash my face every night 
- Sleep at least five hours (hey, this is a lot for me)
- Not eat so many sweets
and last but not least, 
- Start putting a little makeup on in the morning again 

 I feel that as long as you feel good about yourself, that's all that matters. Hopefully I can keep all this up! 

...Now off to relax and wait for E (the boyfriend) to get here.

Good for you! I should prolly do....basically all these things too. Except the sleep one. I def. get enough sleep!

I am with you on the drink more water! I feel like I hardly ever get my eight glasses in.
